not the best. Partnerships mean splitting revenues. Best is outright grant from NIH or Gates Foundation, or anywhere else.

I still contend the best and quickest financing route would be a partnership with a university teaching hospital.

Gene went to Dartmouth College for a while. They have the Geisel School of Medicine (yes, he wrote the Dr Suess books). I'd bet he already looked at that, but ifin someone calls him, they should ask that question. It was from the Dartmouth Medical Center where I first caught word of LuViva. Dartmouth also played a role in Zicam.
