I think they were looking at a site on the Nicola Indian reservation in British Columbia that had a pine beetle infestation. I think they were also taking about one on Cowichan Lake. If memory serves they were suppose to start construction on these in 2011 or 2012. Have heard nothing about these since they started taking about Louisiana plant.
