Gerald just got 33-Mil ”free” AMBS shares and he still retains decent per cent ownership in the IP and assets

Gerald is a guaranteed millionaire whether AMBS makes 1 red penny in revenue or not

...and it’s all at your, mine and all other shareholders expense

meanwhile Gerald’s true “business plan” actually succeeded

As a result of his heinous AS increases and massive RS, he evicerated retails 51% ownership in AMBS

and we now have “no say” in the company we hold shares in

what a guy - Gerald is a scumbag Red - it’s painfully obvious even to the blind
