Rock, my 1% is voting for a buyout at that ridiculous valuation and I suspect many others wouldn't favor this. I would rather get new management in there that understands how to create value.
ROCK You forget the A-shares. Even if a buyer managed to buy 80% of the shares Solomon would still be in full control because of his A-shares. With his reckless actions in the past it may not be very attractive to buy most of the outstanding shares in such a situation.
