Once they are "settled". In the meantime, they can still sell shares. That's th that'd part of R/S's. If they dump shares, you have to sit there and watch them drive the price down. By definition, a R/S doesn't have to do that, but in Stinky Pinky Land, that's what usually happens. That is not JMO.
