I doubt they even know about it. We have a CEO who is "PR-a-phobic" and legal counsel that has a conflict of interest, hates PR, and, was incompetent with directing the past releases.
That said, don't let it overshadow all of the very good things accomplished by the CEO and legal. This is simply an unaddressed area of deficiency causing harm to the financial health of the company. No big deal..right? ;p
