No guarantees where Trump is concerned. His tariffs are costing USA farmers millions of dollars in lost income. So obviously he doesn’t care about the farmers. He might veto just to get back at Mitch Mcconnell for not getting the ACA (Obama care) repealed. Unpredictable, cantankerous, vindictive etc etc.
