Just for clarification - the 41 shareholders doesn't include those listed under Cede and Company.

Usually most investors that use a discount broker are listed under Cede and Company.

Generally 70 to 90% of the investors are listed as one under Cede.

When you look at the NOBO list supplied by the TA you will see Cede listed and the number of shares held.

I haven't seen the Bemax NOBO list but I assume the number of shareholders is greater than 41.
