I would say we have management with great long term vision and a plan to get there. They are not fighting the OTC manipulation for us. So we sit here in the .03s until the vision is realized, and I believe it will be realized. I think they are great at the long term, but yes poor at the short term management of the share price. Buy now and wait for the windfall
