Another myth demolished. There are PERFECTLY LOGICAL reasons we are this low...no deals for AXAL, PSA or HER2...no big cash coming into the door...going concern going to force 30m shares to be issued at $1 a share.

Perhaps most of all, Ken hasn't shown any real ability so far to fix the above. The market is turning against him. (ROSG bk not helping)

Get a deal done, fast, Ken. Make it happen. Massive dilution clock is ticking like a timebomb.
