And thats the problem... By keeping that reverse split lingering in the back ground, the stock price will never reach the levels desired on their own thus forcing the reverse split. If they would take it off the table and say it's no longer an option, the stock could hit the desired price on its own. Hopefully the shareholders will vote it down. Once the reverse split is off the table or the reverse split happens or the stock drops below $1 (whichever comes first) I will buy back in.
