BMOC91324, the Accu/Dist line is only a relationship of where a stock closes versus previous closes;

If NPHC is issuing stock right now to the toxic lenders with Bid @ .001-.0011 they will be getting their shares at prices from .00055-.0007. Unlike penny stock investors, toxic lenders sell their stock immediately into the market to stay below 5% ownership and get more stock. The lower NPHC stock price is; the more stock NPHC needs to issue. The problem is that the company keeps borrowing more and debt increases every quarter despite stories told.


Stocks being accumulated go up.
