Solidra thought well taken, I have to agree w/Hog on this thought because whatever it is I see it, as I said before there is some "guardian angel" thing going on here, and it has survived a few political administrations.
"Not fail" <is not equal to> "success" though.
( this can continue to "not fail" indefinitely as it has )
