no money for phones, no money for planes, maybe no money for lawyers.

If your tip or complaint leads to a monetary payout to the SEC you get a cut.

They can't get zip from Baltia, so no whistleblower fees...blood from a stone, very biblical. Too small for the SEC to blink away a tear for shareholders, they will allow this to go quietly into that dark night, no use of agency funds to prosecute. The market will take care of this. Years from now maybe a trade might pop up at .0001 but they don't need to take agency action at a cost to see this die. It is already dead. You just have to wait for the gravediggers to lower the coffin. Eventually dirt will be heaped on the grave.

This is the IRS parameters:

The law provides for two types of awards. If the taxes, penalties, interest and other amounts in dispute exceed $2 million, and a few other qualifications are met, the IRS will pay 15 percent to 30 percent of the amount collected. If the case deals with an individual, his or her annual gross income must be more than $200,000. If the whistleblower disagrees with the outcome of the claim, he or she can appeal to the Tax Court. These rules are found at Internal Revenue Code IRC Section 7623(b) - Whistleblower Rules.

Does the Scrud, TLJ and Rogers not understand how they got censured by the PCAOB.

Curious now, if BLTA and Tony sent in to the IRS 1099s for all the free stock issued with a cost basis. And did all these legal entities and individuals claim the income?

Hmmm, might surpass the $2 million, we shall see. Maybe why the issuer cannot be audited? If I get my %%%% of $$$$, I will donate it to victims of financial fraud. I don't need the $$$$

And yes, I was just about to fly to DC to turn in an $8 million fraud case and buy Janice an Amtrak to meet me there.

The SEC suspended the stock just before we got there, didn't get credit. Bummer.
