I had heard that Turino owed the Russian mob $17mil.

The number seems to change weekly.

In any event I'm sure the Russian Mob was neck deep in manipulating OTC and penny stock.
Just like all higher level organized crime groups probably did.

What are we to do about it.?
Learn and move on.
