No wonder things are so crap in Pennyland. I mean, so the guy gets busted for illegally selling stock and made some $2,000,000.00 by doing so but only has to pay $250,000.00 as a penalty. Wow, there's even possible profits for Pennyland criminality, apparently. Or am I missing something?
