The week of July 9 would be more logical IMO. It also seems that an announcement will be made at the same time. Why else would the decide to get their shit together now? Also the last run has not sold off, there are still over 380,000,000 more shares that were purchased than have been sold off. Go and look at the volume! No way around it I am not an insider, nor do I know one, just see the facts.
