I agree. I forwarded the TA's email to the company and asked them to provide the current share structure. I doubt Frankel will respond.

I thought today's PR was lacking and evasive. It states they're being transparent but they actually aren't.

We need much info about share structure, any debt, how did they obtain the CTMs....Debt? Issued shares?

What is the ratio of the r/s? Is it the full 1:20? When will it be effected? Clearly they can't effect until after they are current which won't be until after Aug 15th.

So, they may provide us with nothing until then and possibly issue and dump shares in the meantime. I definitely don't trust Frankel at this point.

We shall see.
