True... we can buy CBD on the open market. But, not many can afford paying $50-$200 a week to buy it for their illnesses. Only an FDA approved MMJ medication with precise dosage will be affordable enough to be bought and used by masses through their insurance companies. After this first FDA approved MMJ product, $OWCP is getting there with their Cancer, Fibromyalgia, Skin/Psoriasis cream, and Sublingual tablet and some more in their pipeline.

you can buy CBD on the open market today.Have some in my desk drawer bought on internet..

True, I have some as well. The difference is your doctor could not prescribe you legally any Cannabis based product until now. The FDA ruling gives doctor's the ability to prescribe a product from GWP# that help prevents seizures. This open the door for the FDA to give the green light to...say a creme for skin cancer or whatever....
That's a huge difference...Legal pharma is a multi billion a year business.
It's an exciting turn of events in my humble opinion. Peace!

kugel CBD cream, oil, extract etc. is available in all 50 states. You cannot make any claims for it, nor has there been any oversight to the manufacturing of it. Precise formulations are not assured nor is the purity of the product. Pharmaceutical grade extracts do exist however dosages are unknown for various disorders. It's a hit or miss sort of proposition right now. Buying our psoriasis cream gets you a precise and pure formulation (containing both CBD and THC) that has proven safe and effective thru government sponsored trials for the condition you are buying it for. Imagine if a pharma company picks up our cream desiring full FDA approval. They will spend the dollars necessary to get that done now that the FDA has approved a plant derived CBD extract for seizure disorders. The floodgates have been opened and we are one of the few companies that have been actively pursuing research and development of true plant derived cannabis medicines. Today's news of FDA approval for Epidiolex could be HUGE for us.
