I'm watching but the lack of ability to answer certain questions and the CEO's history adds up to it all seeming very shady.

No one can explain why BDCI just simply issued and handed TGGI 100M shares for free, why was it beneficial to BDCI to simply give away shares to TGGI? What did BDCI get for it?
