When he is done reviewing the FINAL AND STAMPED AUDIT, and he is ready to, he will release them to the public in a PR, on the Company website, and most importantly as a SEC Filing on EDGAR...

Petar's never said that he intended to file a Form 10 immediately. Let's stick with the facts as we know them.

If the Audited Financials are as good as or even close to the earlier financials that were posted, I do not see a gap up being a problem (this stock is way under value). I see stocks out there that are over a dollar and the last two quarters they earn no revenue. The only problem with SLJB is the market was not ready to believe them until they see the audited financials IMO. I was in SLJB for a long time but then I got out (I was hoping to make more money to buy more SLJB but that back fired on me and I lost more money). I was on another board and someone mention SLJB is going to kill our run, I went to SLJB and seen Petar's statement. I instantly sold some of my stock and bought SLJB. I could not believe I got some at .155 and .165 I tried to get more but a sell would not go through under Bid and then the market closed. I should have stay where I was at in SLJB but me venturing off cost me thousands and thousands of shares of SLJB! I am a dumbass but I am back in! I know SLJB will be in dollarland one day!
