Yeah that's what I am wondering. I thought fdbl and Fanpass was a dead deal, but you never know. We'll have to wait and see, but I'm not holding my breath. This has been a lesson learned to say the least.

How long can the company hold on to fanpass trademarks, etc before it is lost? What happens after this point? Can I be retegistered or is it lost?
