Why hasn't Tony explained this to shareholders? He said FINS were COMPLETED for 2015 and 2016 over a year ago, did he not? Who doesn't file COMPLETED FINS? Looks like Tony might not be able to file, huh?

He can get his promoters out there and say anyone can file a dispute or that goes back years or FINS don't matter or OTC just wants money.

ALL THOSE EXCUSES ARE AMUSING, but they don't paint APRU in a good light.
