Between Finks explanation and the Form 4 filings, plus a PR that was released, people should relax. Rossi actually took care of business in a big way for shareholders when he sent 100M back.
There will indeed be dilution in the future. But it will be used to fuel growth. That's kinda why he went public. If the stock can start to trade above .10 then the conversion prices may actually help this A/S survive as is at 300M. That would be amazing for longs IMO.
