Hawthorne recently hired a friend away from a Canadian company, he was their US rep.

Couple weeks later Hawthorne fired everyone (at a particular location) keeping my friend and 2 others. Offered them a lucrative package, giving them a weekend to decide to move to the new location. (several States away).

I will miss my friend.

SMG owns a bunch of the means of production. In the end my friend says it will move more and more towards a "big agra" like industry. Margins will shrink as capital consolidates.
