He retired 100M shares on 9/22 2017. The filing before that are simply lag for accounting purposes. He owns 11.5M shares.

Any changes at all to his holdings must have a Form 4 filed within 3 business days (might be 4 days, but I think it's 3).

That 72mm is part of the original purchase of Rossi's intellectual property so the shell could turn into the FNHI Comoany.
That same 72mm has been in every filing since the original S-1.

It's going to be part of the Q that is done waiting on Auditors to sign off on.

Then look out for one hell of a Purchase Order.


Look how the Ask kills volume.
Give shareholders an Ask that will make a difference.
I hope we see Zero volume today if the ASK is not going to make a difference in this Locked Float.
