From what I noticed this is still the old symbol from the October 2013 reverse split, there is no trading information at all. And I have not seen where it says the comment about some things are posted in advance. Because SPO Global is still a trading stock it still appears for some reason. I assume that since the reverse split sent the stock further down they removed it as of a .03 price. Nasdaq has a minimum trading price of $1, some stocks have to meet different requirements to be relisted. There is no way Nasdaq would approve a .03 relist price regardless of reverse splits. I have seen them even request a higher relist price such as $3 a share.
