Good morning thanks for the good first post imo.. tough one to be invested in when waiting for what we hope to be a sizeable gain in positive arb news.

Well if I turned my company over three times in the last 3 years, renamed it, then cleaned the board of directors, and restructured I wouldn't be concerned about it either. Especially because my insurer will foot the bill.

Roosterx4:

This is no longer a "legal" since it went through an agreed upon arbitration by both parties, hence further legal expenses should be not experienced, unless there is a legitimate reason to appeal. So, no matter how big SYNH is, I would assume they would step aside on this smaller amount and move on. But who knows? Geert was promised a decision or he made it up....he bought a lot of stock recently and so have several others within CVM. We'll find out, I guess by an 8K followed by a PR and shareholder's letter what is what.

Didn't inventiv spend over 1 tear and several million in legal fees to shift the BURDEN from deep pockets inventiv to their insurance CO.?

If inventiv thought they could win why spend a YEAR+, and big bucks to fight puny Cel-Sci?

If inventiv thought a win was possible woudn't they want the "win" money NOW, without spending a small(?) fortune in unnecessary legal fees??

How many times has inventiv changed it's name??

Doesn't inventiv have a shareholder law suits to deal with ?

Why would LAKE risk their money to defend David against Goliath??

****Isn't this considered the worlds longest ARB trial?****
WHY?
