I can understand that

But we’ve never had catalysts like these before, either

These are not general cannabis sector catalysts like California

They are very specific for Hemp & CBD stocks

They are also Legislative in nature

I do think both will act to move the entire sector, but these are clearly built to spark a Supermania in a pretty narrow range of stocks in specific subsectors
