yw. Also, there's some discussion that Friday's action was dilution of preferred shares or warrants from the April offering. It's also a point worth consideration. Based on Ali's share count listed in the 8k - assuming it was taken after the market closed - there are still a lot of unconverted preferreds out there although I've not looked into how they are able to convert at such a low price.
