They depreciated Sarnia like crazy - in each of the prior Q’s (before the 10-K), they had it valued at over $125m USD.

All of a sudden they depreciated it to $50 million! They depreciated Sarnia by $75m in one Quarter. It’s worth much closer to the $125m, and the bidding war will show that.
