Shalom Shalom - Good News From Zion

Good things are coming! Exciting moment to be a part of Zion Oil and Gas as we bring energy independence to Israel
-- Zion Oil and Gas (Facebook Page)

Good news for Israel on the 70th Anniversary of their re-birth.

The MJ#1 is a VERY important well for Israel. - Dustin Guinn - President and COO of Zion Oil and Gas

We also recognize that the goal of this well was to find oil, and we can say with absolute confidence that we were successful in attaining that goal. The next crucial step is being able to effectively test and establish the well's commerciality. I am excited about this phase as it will be a crucial and historic moment for Zion and its shareholders. - Dustin Guinn - President and COO of Zion Oil and Gas

01. MJ#1 $ZN shall bring glory.
02. MJ#1 $ZN shall be completed safely and without incident.

Zion's President and Chief Operations Officer, Dustin Guinn, stated, "We recognize that this has taken longer than expected, but the fact remains that Zion has just surpassed one year without a recordable incident, a great achievement, and we will not increase our risk profile to save a few days." - STRAIGHT UP!!

03. MJ#1 $ZN shall produce oil, flowing with an unending river of provision.
04. MJ#1 $ZN shall lead Israel to energy independence.
05. MJ#1 $ZN shall be a blessing to Israel and to Israel's neighbors.
06. MJ#1 $ZN shall be as a symbol of unending prosperity for Israel in the last days.
07. MJ#1 $ZN shall be the first of many like it.
08. MJ#1 $ZN shall multiply across the land of Israel.
09. MJ#1 $ZN shall be a source of endless blessings from the deep.
10. MJ#1 $ZN shall bless Zion shareholders so that they may be a Blessing.

First two of the 5 x 5's are coming:
** THIS IS SPECULATION!! **

Zion Oil and Gas in Cooperation with the Nation of Israel Announces the Oil of Israel.

- MJ#1 has discovered 5 different productive zones.
- The deepest zone is immediately producible through MJ#1 after Zion Oil and Gas completes their full testing protocol.
- Zion's test results estimate at least 50Bbbls in the oil field.
- Zion estimates a $50 NetBack per barrel.
- The MJ#1 will move to production at the full completion of our test protocol while Zion Oil and Gas begins drilling MJ#2,3,4,5, ETC. to gain access to the other 4 zones of production.
- Zion will be required to raise another $50M to complete these tasks.
- All financing will be provided by the Nation of Israel under favorable but undisclosed terms.
- As a condition of this financing, Zion Oil and Gas is happy to announce that the Israeli Petroleum Commissioner has accepted a seat on the Board of Directors for Zion Oil and Gas.

Shalom

Funny..

Yes we understand what your trying to say clean but a direct comparison to Givot is not in the cards. What you should be asking, "is there oil in Israel?" and the answer is yes.

Givot found it but there were Billions of shares and I would know as I own some of them.

They fracked and got flow. Why it stopped I do not know but I would bet it would be to a depth issue but I could be wrong.

With the Russell adjustment, I am not sure what the share price will do. I know that shorty will be coming hard at it. Good thing my shares are not for sale.

cleanenergy, thanks for the link to the recent article I had not seen it yet. Looks like the Petro Commissioner is getting tough on Givot Olam. This new stance from the commissioner, after many years of patience while little was being accomplished, may be related to ZN showing that it can be done.

In various articles over the years I've seen the Meged reservoir being sized from "hundreds of millions of barrels" like the article you linked, to 1.5 billion barrels in the Wikipedia link in my previous post.

Givot Olam has a few challenges that ZN does not face:
1. Lack of ability to raise funds.
2. Shallow technical and business team.
3. Good portion of the field is in the West Bank.

And MJ#1 has a very positive attribute over Meged: very high gas pressure! I don't recall seeing a published pressure from the Meged field, but I'm assuming that MJ#1 has considerably higher pressure because:

A. ZN would have sized the BOP on MJ#1 based on pressures seen in the area, which would include Meged and the Genie field in the Golan Heights (also a disputed territory), and

B. ZN had to increase the BOP on MJ#1 due to gas observed while drilling. This conclusion comes by connecting the dots from many sources, including Dustin Guinn's comments on the shareholder meeting video, and PRs going back to last fall.

And it is a known relationship that higher gas pressure when oil is present means very good prospects for larger quantities of oil. And ZN reported that oil is present in MJ#1 (not just a gas well).

It follows that:

1. MJ#1 has higher pressure than either Meged or Golan Heights

2. MJ#1 has oil

3. The reserves of Meged are up to 1.5 billion barrels, and the reserves of Golan Heights are "billions of barrels",

Therefore, the MJ#1 tapped into a field that has reserves greater than a billion barrels! Further, the MJ#1 strike will be commercial because:

A. The location is not in a disputed territory, and

B. The company making the discovery is properly funded and has a deep technical and business team.
