A share price never goes up just because it needs to, which I know you know so I’m not sure what you’re getting at.

I hope all of you guys make money here but the facts are in the offering and they are ugly. There is no legal way around this RS unless they want to pay penalties which they don’t have money for.

FINRA does not have limits to how rapidly a company can do reverse stock splits that I’ve ever seen. The company could do 3 35:1 splits over the next few months combined with news and I’m sure it would cover most the conversions. If they could get the price high enough conversions would be pegged to $.71 again instead of VWAP.

This would be a good bounce play of the selling was so incredibly relentless. I’ve never seen an L2 like ABWN the last week. Unlimited shares
