Again TRON purchase imedscan fully disclosed if someone can read but that may be an undisclosed problem. everything fully disclosed and i would assume that the management was able to (1) obtain agreement to acquire a company and then (2) find an investor to fund the acquisition, e.g. wall street 101. i am pleased to see the management of TRON bring real value to this company and i am certain shareholders will recognize the value to a company that was in custodial status two years ago. We can all see attacks on the company now when the share value has increased. The management of the company has made real value real acquisition and now real funding to manage a successful company with no dilution and with no promotion of its stock and no sales of shares by any party in the company. GREAT NEWS so attacks expected.

Qoute ! “Why would InMed Group Inc sell their company to TRON just to have to turn around and repay the loan from Continental Finance Corporation with their revenues? That makes no sense. InMed Group Inc could just borrow the money directly from Continental Finance Corporation if the plan is to repay the loan with revenues. “

Why do the thousands of other companies out there sell their businesses? Ummmm maybe because the owners put years into getting it to the successful point it’s at in time and they want to sell it , reap the rewards , and retire or move onto the next venture in life! Inmed Group Inc is a private company as you well know , I’m sure the owners have their reasons to sell!
