To be honest im not the used to Canadian filings and the stock is so new, they have not filed a Q report yet... I'll look again later, but i could not find the authorized limit.
I dont think its anything to be concerned with though. Insiders and the financiers are all taking shares just below this level (.23) and with $10.5 million cash i dont think they will need to dilute much more. At least near term.
$10.5 million is almost half their valuation in cash. This stock is cheap here... its still a new/undiscovered ticker and i expect the price to head back to $1 as investors start finding it and more market makers join the Bid.
