Sadly, the only value I see in becoming a mod is being able to view the posts that were hidden due to being off topic. NOTHING is deleted on iHub, only hidden from public view.
Anything can be posted, true or false, provided it only discusses the company. TOS attempts to promote civility since it is against TOS to discuss other posters.

I did not know that the moderator position was equivalent for guidance counselor. Somehow I thought it had something to do with keeping conversation here civil and at least moderately factual. Learning everyday.
