No- we own less than 10% of CogoSense. Please read the quarterly report:
As of April: "the Company has paid $225,000 towards the overall purchase price of $2.6 million to acquire CogoSense". It also states that the deal is only a non-binding letter of intent!

Claiming that we own CogoSense is a flat out lie
