Are you missing the point or just ignoring it? In either case I'll try again.

The Company 8-K said "...the Company has generated additional proceeds of approximately $2.0 million under the Common Stock Purchase Agreement with Aspire Capital from the sale of approximately 8.0 million shares of its common stock."

How can they say that the shares were issued for $.25 each under the Agreement when the agreement doesn't allow for it? There IS a formula that MUST be used to determine the price at which shares are to be sold under the agreement.

There is no "thank you to Aspire for their support over the years" term in the agreement. The concept is not only absent from the agreement, it's ridiculous.

I believe many board members wonder, How is it that YOU know it was a thank you? Who told you? Did you orchestrate the deal? You seem to know alot about this(ipix) operation. Do you have any connections to a company named BioVie?
