There is a hopeful thought that SVB may have been retiring shares out of the float. At the share price that we have had the last 2 weeks they could have retired 1.5B shares for around 15M dollars. That example would take the float down to closer to 1B shares outstanding. But Vegas has odds of that happening at 150 to 1.
