my take on the trial is enrollment number has been kept secret for a reason till finance situation is clear.
By this time Phase 3 should have been over with the pace they were moving forward but knowing Jenny she is capable of playing games and hiding details which can impact stock price till she/they are loaded.
Also no one knows what changed with FDA in January 2018, "Delcath Announces Special Protocol Agreement Modification With FDA"
