O contraire Grasshoppers. IMHO Lord Boogaloo seems to have his teets in the proverbial ringer. Most of the common shareholders are hanging on to their shares to see Lord Boogaloo get his just rewards for his thievery. Not many shares available lately due to this waiting game. Occasionally a MM will try to stir the pot and grab a few cheap shares. But in the end Lord Boogaloo will fall like Humpty Trumpty for the reasons I cite below. Remember, this is IMHO. Specifically (in a egg shell): 1. Selling two of OUR ships to his private company (Alsea) for $1.50 each. 2. Refusal for over 2 years to pay TEUFF $2.4 million (+interest) for services rendered (Lord Boogaloo must think it is his personal piggy bank). 3. Unauthorized conversion of preferred shares to common shares WITHOUT A CHANGE OF CONTROL. (You’ll notice that Mr. Chu and company have put a stop to this). 4. I bet there are other hidden pertinent issues. This all boils down to LACK OF FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY where in a court of law Lord Boogaloo will be found guilty and be forced to (in a egg shell): 1. Return OUR 2 ships and pay restitution for loss of revenue. 2. Pay TEUFF the $2.4 million he owes us + interest. 3. Negate the unauthorized preferred share conversions. 4. Pay restitution for all other pertinent issues. Once Lord Boogaloo is found guilty this will happen (IMHO): 1. We get OUR two ships (or equivalent) returned + restitution for lost revenue. 2. We get our $2.4 million receivables + interest 3. We get a 10X PPS value increase when Lord Boogaloo is forced to buy back the 24 million+ illegal preferred share conversions. 4. We find a new CEO . If you do rough math you will realize that $2.4 million in receivable divided by 2.4 million shares equates to $1.00/share. Then we live happily ever after. Let it be so……… IMHO of course………
