If someone has contact with Josh it would be nice to to get an update on the AMS transaction. Remember this was the driver when the stock went to .0057 and I believe it is still main impetus for anyone investing in BLDV.

Like everything else Alper has announced, AMS still hinges on his ability to generate financing --which is something he has proven he's utterly incapable of doing.

His PR of 4/20/17 was obviously over optimistic and misleading. It said that AMS was in "the final stage" of becoming licensed. Photos of a big building were posted and people naturally assumed it was more than an empty shell with a dirt floor inside. It was only later that people learned the truth and that AMS needed $12-20 million to complete the project!

What's more telling is that AMS's primary spokesman and original team member Steve Barber has apparently left the project for another. Here he is back in January pitching a nearly identical AMS type plan to another community. Barber is once again proposing to build another 50,000 sq' structure from scratch-- a "$12 to $15-million facility"... "secure as Fort Knox"... "employing anywhere from 100 to 300 people" (sound familiar?).

The article goes on to say--

This apparently isn’t Barber’s first rodeo either. He kick-started his presentation saying he was one of the founders and served as “point guard” for a medical marijuana production in Hanover, Ont. He’s now serving in a similar role on this new project and will basically handle everything leading up to operations, at which point, “the experts in the field” will take over, should the facility come to life.

Barber said he, the company and people involved with the project are “very much for control and regulation.” https://www.northumberlandnews.com/news-story/8074982-brighton-council-hears-space-and-approvals-wanted-for-cannabis-facilities/

If he is able to do this with another group then why not AMS rather than starting from scratch? Moreover, why didn't his new group simply cut a deal to buy out or take over the AMS project? IMO there could be something else wrong in addition to lack of funds.
