I hope the ticker change will improve pps, but have seen so many others that didn't after the change. Most halfway decent investors can figure out with very little DD that it was a shell that was bought, and the shells history has nothing to do with the new company. A seasoned investor will see this, so it will have little impact IMO. I know eventually they will request a new cusip but it typically takes 1 year and there are plenty of other good things to come long before that happens. I know what I own and know they will have great fins once released.
