The problem with future revenues:

1.- The '494 patent may be invalidated- if so, look out below... but if not

2.- With the Supreme Court ruling, the door is opened to challenge any part of a patent- and '494 isn't the only one- which can only add time and legal expense for Finjan.

Using cash effectively:

Up til now, FNJN's only prowess has been shown in litigating. CyberRisk and their mobile browser have fizzled. Their cash horde is shrinking...

They'd be better off entering the cannabis area, where they could get more bang for the buck.

Teaming up with a Sheldon Iwentash or Avtar Dhillon should be right up their shady alley :-)

So anything you say negative I have to highly discount

So you are saying motives change facts? OMG!

It doesn't matter if someone is long, short or no position. Verifiable information stands on its own merits.

Guided Symantec global settlement was worth $500M right before they settled for $65M. Why? Appellate judges threw out their method of $8.50/user to determine royalties. This cut their portfolio value to less than half. Supreme Court ruling that if any part of a patent is challenged then the entire patent needs to be reviewed. This will add millions of dollars to Finjan expenses and delay cases years.

I showed you the proof from court transcripts that Finjan founder Shlomo Touboul lied in order to have '494 patent approved. Symantec was going to have '494 invalidated so Finjan settled for peanuts to stop this. Didn't work. USPTO entered the case as intervenor and it moved forward anyway.

They have consistently lied about portfolio value and the number and scope of possible future litigation. Their main patents began expiring last year and the '494 is on the way to being invalidated.

CybeRisk has been shut down, but they won't say so publicly. The mobile browser is unusably slow and full of bugs. Employee count went from 14 to 10. They have pretty much shut down everything and just exist to pay executive salaries.

Wake up.
