All i know ceo was looking for an acquisition approximately 3 years ago and this business was not the business anymore.

Ceo answers shareholder questions. Maybe you should google him and then contact him.

I talked 3 years ago with him and this is all i know. I doubt there was an update on otcmarkets.com and i doubt the previous business is suddenly again connected to TDYT.
