I think this is a result of a combination of the 2 offerings and lack of specific contracts after being led to believe by Ali last fall they would be imminent and "exponential" to growth. I've been in and out a lot with a significant net loss. Back in now heavy in low .20s. Still not sure what happened yesterday, but other than a bounce here we really need to see at least one of three things for a recovery - spinoff finalized, specific contracts with big names and dollars, upcoming ER that shows they aren't blowing all the cash. at least that.
