High C, that's a very good question, how do YOU know the PP investors are intelligent?
Do they have enough financial security to qualify as PP investors? Apparently.
Intelligent? I don't know, do you? Have you read the original CDEx prospectus? Others can verify this, but I believe the CDEX forecast was to have eight figure revenues at THIS TIME- NOW.
What happen? The original revolutionary tech is back-burnered RIGHT AFTER 911 and replaced with a common fluorimeter which turns out to require a license from the inventor in order to sell into the targeted niche (application) market.
Do you think that may have been the straw that broke the camel's back with PP investors?
One thing I do know is that they appear to be smarter now than when they first invested.
We all are.
