The USMJ CEO indicates it (ACI Private Company) does not own USMJ. Same with the PURA CEO, ACI does not own PURA, either. Ask them yourself. This is already confirmed (in the financials).
ACI (a private company) does own the special preferred voting shares, but only a small equity position in PURA - not sure if it has any equity in USMJ. It may have no equity.
