I don't think they will need a RS to stay on Nasdaq. With what they have they will be able to get it to $1 easy. That is all they need. They usually get a 6 month grace period to get it there. Then sometimes some more extensions. With trades going in at 10 a second a lot of times, I think a hedge fund or other big money is coming in for the big bucks that can be made here.
