Easy answer, is it is a legal proceeding.
They don't just say we remand you.
They cite cases, do research, explore all of the options, look at case law,
then have to create a decision based on that.
Think of writing a major research paper.
It is not done overnight.
Then think of each of these Judges have seen how many cases over the last 6 months, as they are still handing down decisions in some cases from 2017.
They have a tremendous workload, sure they got clerks to help, but that is just a ton of cases and each one is a major research paper.
Then take into the dynamics of 3 Judges with busy schedules all having to discuss, write out cases and information, and run that by each other.
It simply takes time.
Same thing for a vacate.
This is not their only case, not just one of 10 cases, but many more
people seem to think that this case gets heard and they start talking about it right then. I highly doubt it. They all go do their own research, when they can fit into their schedule. It is a process, and it is not quick.

The other point is it is not as simple as remand back to the PTAB.
They will also want to offer some strong guidance, possibly even a slight rebuke.
They will cite case law to do that. They can't simply say remand back, but why they are remanding, what they expect, and have citations to back all of that up. Plus you still have 3 Judges, 3 personalities, and 3-0, 2-1, 1-1-1
I don't think it is a clear cut remand case. I think that at least 2 Judges really want to vacate, I just don't think with the briefs and arguments presented those 2 Judges will have enough case law to support that.
BUt I am no expert. No lawyer, just my thoughts my opinions.
I moved my position to reflect that, so yeah I am pretty confident.
I prepared for remand, for 1 other reason.
If i am right, I buy much cheaper....MORE FREE SHARES!
and if I am wrong, don't mind paying more as the time will be less.
District court is next, rather pay more make money faster, than watch my shares lose 50%-75% of their value with a remand decision.
and I moved the money i made on WDDD into other things that I have been really on...so sintead of money sitting here yo-yo
I will a make at least 25-50% on that money elsewhere.
so when price drops I can buy 400k shares with extra money I made from selling here and moving to other lucrative options.
So when the dust settles, I ca load up again and ride the catalysts again the PTAB will provide to make easy money...
